Equilibrium state: When one nozzle hole of the pneumatic probe is closer to the surface of the workpiece under test than the other nozzle hole, the flow rate of the nozzle hole away from the surface of the workpiece compensates the flow rate of the nozzle hole near the surface of the workpiece under test, the readout data of the amplifier remains stable.
Display column - An electro-pneumatic amplifier or flow amplifier characteristic is displayed as a column pattern bar or flowmeter cone.

Magnification: The size increment given by the amplifier. Nozzle: A damping hole on the pneumatic measuring head that ejects air into the workpiece to be measured. The diameter of the nozzle hole is determined by the pneumatic gauge system used. The number and position of nozzle holes are determined by the application of the measured workpiece.
Resolution: The smallest increment value within the range of the enlarged display. For example, Edmond's electric column diagram has a hundred index values, and the resolution is full scale1/100.
