As a pneumatic measuring equipment for precision parts, the following aspects should be paid attention to when using the air momentum meter:
First, power inspection:If the gas meter does not show anything after the power is powered on, we need to check whether the power connection is normal and whether the safety tube is normal.
Second, calibration standard parts:In use, if the reading is found to be abnormally unstable and the measured value is large, it may be that the standard parts are not corrected, and the standard parts can work normally after correction.
Third, safe electricity:In order to ensure the normal operation of the gas meter and ensure personal safety, pay attention to the power grounding wire must be grounded, and the power must be cut off before unplugging the power connection plug and opening the housing.
4. Adjust the air source pressure:Make sure the air source pressure is0.3~0.7Mpa, usually the pressure is set to0.50MPa. If the air source pressure is less than0.40MPaIts readings will be unstable.
Five, configure the air filter:An air filter must be configured for the air source stage.
6. Treatment of insufficient magnification:When adjusting the magnanimity, if the magnanimity is still insufficient after the magnanimity knob has been adjusted to the upper limit, it may be that the initial working gap of the probe is too large, and a higher range can be changed, if this method is still not possible, the probe will be replaced.
Seven, locking power twist:After the magnification is adjusted, be sure to lock the screw to lock the magnification twist, otherwise it will reduce the stability of the instrument.
Eight, maintenance probe:The gas probe is a loss product, so it needs to be replaced regularly to ensure the measurement accuracy, and regular maintenance is required to apply anti-rust oil.
