2.When the precision measuring tool is found to have abnormal phenomenon, such as the surface of the measuring tool is uneven, there are burrs, there are rust spots and the scale is not accurate, the ruler body bending deformation, the activity is not flexible, etc., the user should not dismantle and repair themselves, but not allow themselves to use the hammer, file, emery cloth polishing and other rough methods to repair, so as not to increase the measuring tool error. If the above situation is found, the user should take the initiative to send the measuring station for maintenance, and continue to use it after checking the accuracy of the quantification.
3.After use, the measuring tool should be wiped clean in time, except for stainless steel measuring tools or protective coating, the metal surface should be coated with a layer of anti-rust oil, placed in a special box, stored in a dry place to avoid rust;
4.Precision measuring tools should be regularly verified and maintained, and the long-term use of precision measuring tools should be regularly sent to the measuring station for maintenance and verification accuracy, so as to avoid product quality accidents caused by the indicating error of the measuring tools.
